My biggest piece of advice to someone who is single is "don't spend your time looking for that special someone."
Being single is definitely a gift from God. Each season of life that He places us in is a gift. God has you in that exact spot for a purpose and He desires for you to use that time to learn more about yourself and spend quality time with those close to you. While you are single your schedule is free to raise up the next generation, spend time with your close friends, and literally just live your life. When you are ready for a realtionship you will have built strong relationships with friends and family and now you have a support system behind you.
While you are single you have the freedom to concentrate on school and alone time with God, dig deep and find out who you are. What I mean by find out who you are is each of us have unique personalities and communication methods. Learn what personality you have, learn what fears you have, where your future is headed, what annoys you, what do you love, what gifts has God given you, etc. If you spend your time as a single person with your head on a swivel wondering "is THAT the one, what about him!!" you will miss out on all these beautiful opportunities.
Definitely take the time to "work" on yourself and learn to be happy on your own, God has your future in His hands. Pray and ask God to protect your future significant other and ask that they would be preparing the same way as you❤️
