It's not always obvious.

It's not always obvious.

Quick decisions can take our lives down a path that God does not desire for us. Every decision we make impacts who we are and where we are headed. It's very easy to get distracted and caught up in the wrong things. I would define wrong things as sin or anything that takes our eyes off of God; this can be materialistic items, people, or even our ideas and thoughts. Sin isn't always obvious and temptation can come from anywhere. Temptation is usually disguised as something that looks great on the outside; you think this person or thing will help you to be better, more successful, or help you get ahead in life. We think we are able to fill the void that we have inside and sometimes we aren't even aware that we are attempting to do that.

It's necessary to stay close to Christ; He is the one that will protect you and make you aware of good decisions and bad decisions. I can feel God guiding me; in some situations it takes time for me to learn what he is trying to tell me. Give your circumstances to Him, He knows best and He can see far beyond what we see. Pray that He would do what is best even if you don't understand it and when things happen that don't make sense, trust Him.

I'm praying for whoever reads this! Having God's guidance is so freeing; you can find unlimited guidance and wisdom if you open up the bible. Try and read one Proverbs a day!
